The machine is used for double-sided flanging and single-sided sealing of round cans of all types. The following versions are available:

automatic flanger-bottom seamer
spin flanger-bottom seamer
roller flanger-necker-bottom seamer
curler and/or bottom seamer

Flanging of funnel lids as well as ring lids with press-in lids and pressed-on aluminum foil (for coffee and milk powder cans, etc.) is possible. In the roll crimping version, an edge bead can be pressed in parallel to the crimping with the appropriate tool.

SIA 220

The machine is used for beading round can bodies. Since it operates with beading shafts mounted on one side, it can be beaded not only can bodies but also finished cans with the bottom already seamed. This is an advantage when cans are produced on automatic flanging machines, since previously flanging cans can buckle in the flanges during flanging. Protective beading and external beading production is possible.
